The level of trust that Israelis would need in order to grant the Palestinians in Israel full citizenship, knowing they could then outvote the Jews in Israel, far, far exceeds the level of trust involved in the creation of a demilitarized Palestinian state in the West Bank and Gaza. A one state solution risks with high probability the entire Zionist project.
